Chrissy is sharing a special workshop "Springing Forward: A Seasonal Reset" next Saturday, April 4th from 12-1:30pm 💫
Catch her regularly scheduled classes on Wednesdays at 9am and Fridays at 12:30 (garden open with the warmer weather) 🌺
With over 500 hours of additional training following her 200Hr, including extensive study in Katonah Yoga with Abbie Galvin, as well as trainings in breathwork, biomechanics, trauma-informed teaching, and prenatal yoga, Chrissy’s work is shaped by both technical depth and lived experience. She teaches with a blend of precision, empathy, creativity, and play, guiding students toward meaningful alignment, embodied breath, and the subtle yet profound shifts that make practice both transformational and applicable to everyday life.
