This class is an eclectic combination of bodywork styles based on structural integration techniques (Myofascial Release/Trigger Points/Muscle Energy) and Asian traditions (Shiatsu/Thai). Techniques learned in this class can be integrated with ANY MODALITY!

Next week! Think MFR and pregnancy are incompatible? Think again!

In this class, you'll learn about Myofascial Release techniques that are most beneficial during pregnancy, especially once the client is most comfortable in bolstered side-lying positions. You'll also be introduced to methods of unwinding the womb. 🐣
