Beautiful case of an upper arch fixed zirconia bridge with implants. This case had a lot of challenges. Patient had lost majority of vertical height from bone loss, large overbite, uneven gingiva and much more. Was able to complete the upper with custom abutments for a screw retained restoration. Our custom esthetic lab did a phenomenal job with the crowns. We kept the patient in pmma temporaries until the final was delivered.
