Hey you—yes, you.
When was the last time you checked in with yourself?
Drop a 💚 if you’re doing okay, a 🌱 if you’re working through things, or a 🤍 if you need a little extra support.

Mental health check:
Did you rest today?
Did you unplug a little?
Did you give yourself grace?
Sunday is for recharging—mind included.

You’re not failing because you’re tired.
You’re tired because you’ve been carrying too much for too long.

Many adults push through exhaustion because it doesn’t “look bad enough” to stop.
But mental overload counts — even when you’re still showing up.

This is your reminder:
You don’t need to earn rest.
You don’t need permission to slow down.

If this resonates, save it for later or share it with someone who needs the reminder today.

✨ New Year, New Mindset ✨

A new year often comes with pressure—to be better, do more, move faster. But real growth doesn’t come from burnout. It comes from clarity, balance, and support.

Mental health is just as important as physical health, especially as we navigate new goals, challenges, and transitions in the year ahead. Taking care of your mind isn’t a luxury—it’s a foundation.

At PSL, we’re here to help you:
• Build resilience during change
• Manage stress and overwhelm
• Create healthier habits and boundaries
• Feel supported, not alone

This year, let’s normalize asking for help and prioritizing well-being. Small steps today can make a powerful difference all year long. 💙

As we step into 2026, let’s remember that growth doesn’t have to be loud or perfect. Your mental health matters just as much as your goals. Move at your own pace, rest when you need to, and ask for support when things feel heavy. Here’s to a gentler, healthier year ahead. ✨🤍

Christmas can be joyful, but it can also feel heavy or lonely for some. If this season is bringing up anything hard for you, please know you don’t have to go through it alone. Reach out, message us, or talk to someone you trust. Help is always okay to ask for. 🤍🎄

PSL Co-Founder Colleen Capistrano was deeply honored to receive the Legacy Award from WAAT – the Women’s Association of Addiction Treatment.

This recognition for women’s leadership and excellence in the field of recovery is especially meaningful to her. For more than two decades, She had the privilege of serving on the WAAT Board, alongside extraordinary women committed to advancing addiction treatment, recovery, advocacy, and ethical leadership.

WAAT has been a powerful force in shaping my professional journey, strengthening my commitment to recovery-oriented care, and amplifying the voices of women leaders in our field. She is profoundly grateful for the relationships, mentorship, and shared mission that have defined this work.

Thank you to WAAT for this incredible honor, and to all the women who continue to lead with courage, compassion, and purpose. đź’ś
