For the first time EVER, I’m bringing you behind the scenes with a real client—on camera—who bravely shares her journey with skin imperfections that were previously labeled as “untreatable” by other providers.
Let’s be clear: it takes tremendous courage to allow your face, your pain, and your healing process to be documented. I’m beyond grateful to my client Shawn for trusting me—and trusting the SIIT Pro™—to rewrite that narrative.
At this point in her journey, I had treated the left side of her face twice. Her healing window between sessions was just 5–9 days. I approached her skin conservatively at first, because she’d already experienced harm from other treatments. I wasn’t about to risk further trauma—I needed to see how her skin responded before moving forward, although my confidence was always at 100%, I am ALWAYS careful on how I approach cases outside the norm.
This is the result of personalized esthetics. This is what happens when you slow down, listen to your client, and stop treating skin like a one-size-fits-all job. We’re not robots—we’re professionals.
Challenges? Plenty. From thick clusters of seborrheic keratosis to a compromised skin barrier that made numbing a delicate process… this wasn’t just technical—it was emotional. And still the SIIT Pro delivered.
