My dear colleague Judy Kuriansky is being Honored! We studied with the same yoga teachers in the 1990's, and had a wonderful connection, she is savvy and sharp. And she has ALWAYS been a world advocate for mental health, such a wonderful acknowledgement of her dedication and endurance, to visit so many disaster areas and be of service. The music track was created first, at Stanford CCRMA, then we choreographed the visuals to go with it. We covered my body with light and actual paint to make incredible Cosmic Goddess imagery. What We’re Asking: We respectfully urge local authorities, the County Board of Supervisors, and relevant stakeholders to:
Immediately remove the barrier blocking access to the Yvonne B. Burke Park and Marvin Braude Trail.
Acknowledge and affirm the public’s prescriptive right to access the path.
Prioritize safe, equitable, and inclusive access for all community members—especially those with limited mobility or other vulnerabilities.
This is not simply about convenience. This is about protecting safe, equitable access to our public spaces and honoring the long-standing community use of a vital thoroughfare.

I've developed Melting Touch Method© (aka lymph massage) over the many years I've been learning, teaching, and seeing clients for bodywork. My speciality in addressing the Fluid Body began with lymphatic drainage & internal organ release training 1981-83 with Lauren Berry, RPT and Osteopathic Massage Therapist. I went on to incorporate trainings from Taoist Internal Organ Massage from Mantak Chia, Myofascial Release from John Barnes, Visceral Manipulation from Jean-Pierre Barral, and Cranio-Sacral Balancing from John Upledger. My synthesis of these disciplines has resulted in an amazing, effective, and yet gentle, easy to perform, hands-on method that accelerates lymphatic fluid movement, softens adhesions & scars, balances cerebral spinal rhythm, and opens up internal organ function.
