Back in January, we shared that Jade Health and BHCOE were acquired by the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP). If you’re a current BHCOE accreditee or were already in the application process, you can still connect with us at bhcoe.org.

At the same time, we’re in the process of unifying BHCOE with the Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ) under the ACQ banner. So over the next week, we'll be migrating our followers to the ACQ page.

The ACQ page will be a hub for accreditation info, including news, webinars, key info about ACQ standards, and more.

Stick with us through this transition, because the best is yet to come!

The Council of Autism Service Providers has acquired Jade Health, including its Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE).

BHCOE is a long-standing accreditation body serving autism service provider organizations. CASP also has a subsidiary accreditation body, the Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ). This agreement to acquire BHCOE will unify two accreditation organizations with a shared commitment to advancing high-quality, impactful standards across the autism services field.

🚨 MassHealth Accreditation Mandate Update

Beginning January 1, 2027, all center-based ABA providers, and by January 1, 2028, all other ABA providers must be accredited by an approved accrediting body to remain eligible for reimbursement.

BHCOE Accreditation, operated by Jade Health, is one of the accrediting organizations approved under this new requirement—ensuring your organization stays compliant while demonstrating a commitment to quality care and operational excellence.
