Part of treatment isnβt just herbs or acupuncture.
Itβs learning to have a healthier relationship with your food, your body, and your environment.
Healing happens in how you live β not just what you take.

Gentle movement can create powerful change.
This Qigong torso rotation helps activate the core, release tension in the spine, and improve circulation through the waist and lower back. In traditional Chinese medicine, this movement supports smooth energy flow and better balance throughout the body.
When the core is relaxed and mobile, the body moves β and heals β more freely.
Practice slowly, breathe deeply, and move with intention.

Natalia Plotkin, L.Ac, Dipl. OM was awarded a Master of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University. She is recognized by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, a considerable professional achievement.
Helping others with Traditional Chinese Medicine was a natural choice for Natalia, who has been practicing meditation for 20 years and Qi Gong for over 10.
Natalia has treated at the Yo San University Clinic and Venice Family Clinic.
She is currently practicing at her two locations in greater Los Angeles area listed above.
Natalia's Story:
Β«I wasn't well, and western medicine wasn't working. For two years I had a serious digestion tract condition which kept me in almost continual pain, and required me to be on various prescribed medications that I was supposed to stay on for the rest of my life. A friend of mine suggested that I try Dr. Dao at the Wellness Center in Santa Monica that practices Traditional Chinese Medicine. I went there and within three months I got off medication. It was also clear that this was the profession I wanted to learn. It turned out that Dr. Dao's family has been the founders of Yo San University and Community Clinic in West Los Angeles that I enrolled into right away. Four years after I got my Master diploma, state license and national certification to practice this wonderful discipline. That's my story. What your story will be after acupuncture?Β».
