💚 Honoring Mental Health Champions Who Lead with Culture and Courage

Body:
The Trevor Project’s recognition of Megan Thee Stallion as the 2025 Mental Health Champion of the Year reflects the power of representation in healing.
Her advocacy for inclusive care and open conversations around mental health aligns deeply with CALISPN’s mission to reduce stigma and expand culturally competent, data-driven support across California communities.

At CALISPN, we celebrate leaders who make healing visible. Together, we continue building pathways where culture, compassion, and public health intersect.

Support Mental Wellness in the New Year: A Gift of Hope and Healing

As we step into a new year, we often carry the weight of holiday stressors—financial pressures, family challenges, or the loneliness that can surface during this time. January is a critical time to refocus on mental wellness, not just for ourselves but for our entire community. At CALISPN, we believe that no one should face these challenges alone.
Your donation will have a direct and transformative impact on our mission to support mental health and su***de prevention in California. Here’s how your contribution helps:
$25: Supports a youth or young adult mental health event, providing a safe and empowering space for teens and young adults to connect, learn coping strategies, and support one another.
$50: Helps us host a community mental wellness seminar, giving families and individuals a chance to share, heal, and rebuild connections after the holidays.
$100: Provides a self-care gift card for someone in need, allowing them to access basic necessities like groceries, a mental wellness toolkit, or a restorative experience such as a yoga class or therapy session.
$250: Empowers us to host a mental wellness event for underserved communities, bringing hope and healing to those who need it most.
Why Your Gift Matters Now

The holidays can be a joyful time, but for many, they bring immense stress, anxiety, and feelings of isolation. With your support, CALISPN will start the new year by providing vital resources and programs that meet people where they are—offering guidance, support, and hope to those who need it.
Your contribution not only saves lives but also helps create a ripple effect of kindness and care. Every workshop we host, every call and every life we touch is thanks to donors like you.
Together, let’s make mental wellness a priority for 2025 and beyond. Let’s ensure that no one has to walk this journey alone.
Give the gift of hope and healing today.
