WEEK 2 IS HERE!
We’re so proud of you all for crushing the first week and we’re going to keep that momentum going🔥 This week’s theme is ‘FOOD IS FUEL” so we’re going to challenge you to focus on your nutrition in different ways, every day! Regardless of how much you workout, having good nutrition will help you see consistent results and it’s very important to breaking through plateaus. If you’re following the program on the app, we will be showing our daily meals in our stories and sharing different recipes throughout the week!
