Want bigger loads?

Here’s something most people get wrong.

When you ej*****te, only a small fraction of semen is actually s***m. The majority of what you see is fluid.

So if the goal is more volume, we’re not focusing on s***m count. We’re focusing on the fluid.

🍑douching masterclass

👉🏼Diet and fiber
Getting the re**um clean starts with diet, specifically fiber
35 to 40 grams of fiber daily
psyllium husk powder mixed in water is the easiest supplement

👉🏼Water intake
Aim for about 60 to 100 ounces of water, especially when supplementing with fiber
You should be able to fully empty the bowels when going to the toilet, with little to no stool on the toilet paper after wiping

👉🏼Frequency
douching can be done as often as needed, but following the steps above should make frequent douching unnecessary
Keep in mind over-douching can disrupt the microbiome and increase infection risk

👉🏼Process
✅use warm water
❌NOT HOT
❌do not add soap or other products
✅use a small bulb or bottle
❌using too much water, which can travel higher and cause irritation or cramps
✅do**he at least 30 to 60 minutes before s*x
✅use lubricant for insertion

👉🏼When to stop
If the water doesn’t run clear despite all of your efforts, set aside the do**he and explore other types of play

Want to be a better bottom? 👀

Stretch, breathe, use plenty of l**e, and communicate with your partner.
Good communication = better s*x.

And remember… push back. Always push back 😉

Are pe**le pumps safe?

Short answer, yes. But with a big asterisk.

Safety first:
👉 Get a medical checkup to rule out conditions like blood clotting disorders or if you’re on blood thinners.

👉 Never leave the constriction ring on longer than 30 minutes.

👉 Stop immediately if you feel pain, numbness, or see skin discoloration.

👉 Don’t overuse it. Start every few days and increase gradually.

How to use it properly:

👉 Use water-based l**e at the base and rim to create a seal.

👉 Place the p***s in the cylinder and pump slowly to create a vacuum.

👉 Stop once you achieve a firm er****on. Do not overpump.

👉 Slide the constriction ring to the base, release the air, remove the cylinder.

👉 Remove the ring within 30 minutes.

If you’re using a pump often for size or performance, it may be time to talk to a doctor about other treatment options.

This was never just about appearing in a documentary.
Standing up and telling the truth about women’s health - that’s what it’s about. The science, the patients I treat every day… and calling out the double standards that still shape modern s*xual medicine.

Having these conversations takes courage, but it matters more than ever. We cannot fix a system until we are honest about who actually has control. I am so honored to be a part of this vital film and to keep fighting for the care my patients deserve.
