If you have pain or injury, we address that first, we help you regain flexibility so that you're upright posture contributes to your balance. We increase the strength strengthen your feet, ankle mobility, knees and especially hips.
We may start with balance exercises on the floor. Or standing exercises, even stairs if you're ready. We move you up at your own pace giving you strength, flexibility, balance, safety and confidence.
