Sometimes it’s REEEAAAALLLLYY hard sharing space with a puppy being crate trained! But it’s important to respect the boundaries that were set. Of course, Chief Happiness Officer Enzo gets lots of love and cuddles from everyone in the office, staff and patients - but he also needs his rest (and to stay out of mischief)!

Once the darker months of the year hit, it can take a toll on mental health. Tools you can use to help prevent yourself from falling into the dumps include: 🚶‍♀️Regular physical activity ☀️Access to natural sunlight or use of therapeutic lamps (I love having a dawn light to help me wake up in the morning) 🌱Maintaining a healthy diet with supplementation as required 🩻And of course, seeing a chiropractor on a regular basis. It’s amazing how much of a difference an adjustment can make! ✨

Wow — my heart is still overflowing! ✨ Thank you to everyone who came out to our Los Gatos Wellness Open House. The energy, the hugs, the laughter, the music… it was everything I could have hoped for and more.

This community is truly something special — a gathering of kind, curious, open-hearted humans who believe in wellness, connection, and supporting one another. Seeing familiar faces and meeting so many new ones reminded me why I do what I do every day. 💛

And of course… let’s be honest — Enzo completely stole the show! 🐾 He was soaking up all the love and attention (and maybe a few too many treats), and we’re pretty sure he’s still dreaming about his fan club.
