Tiny shifts. Big changes. ✨
In Pilates, a small adjustment in form can completely change how your body feels — deeper connection, better support, and more effective movement.

This is where Abigail’s incredible eye for detail really shines. She sees the subtle things most people miss and offers gentle, encouraging cues that help your body find the right patterns — without force or overwhelm. 🤍

If you’ve been wanting more personalized support, Abigail still has a few openings this week. Your body will thank you.

🎉✨ Officially Official! ✨🎉

I’m so excited to share that I have passed my AVCA board exams and am now officially an AVCA-certified Animal Chiropractor! 🐶🐴💛

This journey has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my career — expanding from caring for the humans in our community to now supporting the wellness of the animals we love so deeply.

A huge thank-you to Health Pioneers Institute for an incredible certification program and for shaping me into the practitioner I am today. And to my friends, family, and everyone who cheered me on through late nights, long weekends, and endless studying… I couldn’t have done this without you. Your belief in me kept me going. ❤️

I’m beyond grateful — and SO excited — to officially welcome animal chiropractic into my practice. From dogs with mobility challenges to horses needing better balance and performance, I’m here to support their nervous systems, comfort, and overall well-being. 🌿✨

If your four-legged family member could benefit from gentle, neurologically-focused chiropractic care, I’d love to help.

🐎✨ Top 3 Pilates Moves I Use as a Competing Equestrian (Who Still Rides!)

As both a Pilates instructor and an active rider, these are the reformer exercises I swear by to keep my seat steady, my core sharp, and my body balanced in the saddle:

1️⃣ Pulling Straps – Upper-back strength + shoulder stability = a quieter, more connected rein.
2️⃣ Side Split Series – Adductor + glute power to keep your legs supportive without gripping.
3️⃣ Horseback – Deep core activation and postural control that translates directly to your ride.

Whether you’re competing, trail riding, or just wanting to feel stronger in the saddle, Pilates is one of the best cross-training tools for equestrians. 🐴💪

✨ Want to ride stronger, sit deeper, and feel more connected to your horse?
Book a session with Abigail and let’s build your rider body from the inside out.

Yesterday we said goodbye to our beloved Rustie 🌈💛
There aren’t enough words for how much he meant to us.

He loved us with his whole heart — loyal, patient, and always so tuned in to our family. He was with us through so many chapters, offering comfort, laughter, and a kind of unconditional love that can never be replaced.

Our home feels different today.
But Rustie’s love… that stays.

We will miss you every single day, sweet boy. Thank you for loving us so well. 🐾🤍

Chief Happiness Officer? More like Chief Mischief Maker! 😈Having a puppy in your office isn’t all fun and games (at least not for the human workers) 🐶😓.

Sometimes it’s REEEAAAALLLLYY hard sharing space with a puppy being crate trained! But it’s important to respect the boundaries that were set. Of course, Chief Happiness Officer Enzo gets lots of love and cuddles from everyone in the office, staff and patients - but he also needs his rest (and to stay out of mischief)!

Office assistant Enzo reminding us that resting is easier when your nervous system is regulated 🐶✨
Whether you’re on two legs or four, spinal health matters. A well-supported spine helps with digestion, movement, sleep, mood — everything.
Get adjusted, care for your spine, and take a page from Enzo’s book: rest when you need to. 💛
