Sir Athos loves hanging out with his dad. This dog has been in so many vehicles different types of equipment including going up on a scissor lift!

Athos loves his pool time. There is nothing better than water, balls and diving for this dog!! 💦🐶 He even did a full headstand getting a ball off the floor of the pool at one point, but I failed to get a video of it.

Ran the Wharf to Wharf today and made a new PR for the race. I have been battling a screwed up rib and Athos wasn’t ready to run it yet, so not only am I super excited to beat my PR, but doing it while not at my best is icing on the cake! Now for new goals next year and to do it with Athos at my side!!
