Myth. Telemedicine is highly effective for follow-ups, medication reviews, common symptoms, mental health visits, and many routine concerns. It allows you to connect with your physician quickly and safely, especially during cold and flu season. When hands-on care is needed, we bring you into the office — but many appointments can be done right from home.

Monitoring readings more frequently, staying warm, and maintaining steady hydration can help keep levels stable throughout winter.
