Today, we pause to recognize something we all share—mental health.

No matter who we are or what we do, caring for our minds is just as vital as caring for our bodies. It’s taking a deep breath between tasks, setting boundaries, or simply allowing yourself to rest. These moments of care aren’t indulgent—they’re necessary.

As a Wellness Coordinator, I see firsthand how easy it is to pour from an empty cup. This World Mental Health Day, let’s remind ourselves and one another:

It’s Pizza night! So excited that Justin finally found this at Grocery Outlet and we get to try it out. If you’ve watched “You Are What You Eat- A Twin experiment” you know why it’s so hard to find! I typically have pizza without cheese but seeing this on the documentary has peaked my interest!
