The biggest mistake I see women make (especially in perimenopause)?
👉 Under-eating… while expecting their metabolism to magically work harder.
When your body doesn’t get enough fuel, it doesn’t burn more fat. ⛽️
It slows everything down. 🐌
Your nervous system perceives scarcity. Cortisol rises. Digestion weakens. Energy drops. Cravings increase. Your body shifts into conservation mode. 🥶
This is your body trying to protect you.
And this matters even more as we age.🏆
Hormonal shifts already place extra demand on your body. Add chronic under-nourishment, and now you’re asking your system to function without the basic building blocks it needs.🤯
