👋🏼 Hi everyone! Dr. Caroline Ludwig, PT here! I am finally settled into my new (WONDERFUL) location within Lifesport Gym on 4th St in Albuquerque, NM!
A few fun facts about me:
~ I am obsessed with photographing nature. Our vacations often look like the most type 2 fun (not always fun in the moment but makes for great stories and memories after) situation you can imagine, but it’s very much worth it to me to see beautiful places in the outdoors!
~ Health and fitness have been important to me for a long time, since high school! I actually trained for a fitness competition but was unable to continue training due to sickness at the time.
~ I am married to a pilot ✈️ and have two wonderful doggos that I love very much! 🐕🐕🦺
~ I am passionate about teaching people about their bodies and how they can move in them more comfortably using the power of the body and mind to heal itself when given what it needs 😊 sometimes you just have to listen 👂🏼
~ I am a lifelong learner and continue to build upon my foundation of knowledge on a daily basis.
