We LOVE DBT!

DBTSkills. We aren't fans of 'Cheat Sheets' as there really is no place for cutting corners in DBT. Its a medium to long term therapy that requires persistence and consistency - though the outcomes are generally excellent if learned and applied correctly.

This however is a good aide memoire - an aid to the memory.

I was stretching with a client today who was terribly disregulated. After we finished they were in awe over how much better they felt. Little did they know we targeted the vagus nerve through building awareness and moving accordingly. This is why Somatic work is so important.
