Occupation is medicine. ❤️‍🔥
I know this to be true not because I learnt it at University,
But because it is my lived truth.

What we do each day shapes how we feel in our bodies, our minds and our sense of self.
Some occupations nourish us.
Some deplete us.

When our daily doing aligns with our values, needs and desires…..,something shifts.
Our nervous system settles.
Our energy returns.
Meaning finds its way back in.

This is the heart of occupational therapy.
