Due to the inclement winter weather, we have made the decision to delay opening our clinic tomorrow until 9:30am, as the continued rain may cause hazardous and icy road conditions at the time of our scheduled opening. Please note that any changes will be posted on this page. Our on-call provider services will remain available for urgent questions and concerns by calling our office number, 865-458-5666; however, please refrain from calling for refill or appointment inquiries. Our staff will proactively reschedule affected appointments and may contact you from an unknown number; we kindly request that you answer to get rescheduled as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, prioritizing the safety of both our patients and staff. For emergent needs, please dial 911.

Dr Courts Line Only:

We are experiencing technical difficulties with Dr Courts reception line ONLY we are working with our IT to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please message on messenger childs name and dob we will call you back. We can make phone calls out we just can’t get vm or incoming calls to that extension. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated.

Just a few friendly reminders for the new year:

1) If you have not been to our office in 2026 you will be asked to fill out an update sheet,we need a new one every year for our update package.

2)Please bring your insurance card with you, even if nothing has changed we still have to scan it as part of our update package.

3) If you have a deductible plan, that deductible period started over on 1/1/26 if you have questions about your plan our insurance dept is here to help at option 4.

4)If you have a copay plan please bring cash,fsa,check or credit/debit card. Those payments are expected at the time service is rendered not to be billed for later payment, this is set up by your insurance and HR dept.

5)On most plans your well child checkups are a covered service, if you have an athlete please schedule after April 15 to accommodate TSSAA rules. Check with your insurance plan for definitive coverage of these services

6) Each family is required ro put a credit card on file for billing that after 90 days will be ran for the balance unless an alternative payment plan is set up with our billing department and/or management team.

Our hours of operation for the New Year's holiday are as follows: all days, including half days and weekend clinics, will be by appointment only. Urgent Clinic is designated for sick children requiring same-day attention, including fevers, ear issues, flu like symptoms, sore throats etc.
As always our on call service will be available to help by calling our main line number 865-458-5666 after hours but no refills or appt requests are handled through this line.

December 27th we will have urgent care clinic hours starting at 8:30am by appointment

This morning we appear to be having intermittent phone issues. Some parents have reported calling in and not getting a prompt to be routed to particular line. We ARE getting calls so it could just be one particular line we are having an issue with. We have already reported to our carrier and it is being investigated. Please call us back at the normal number or send us a fb msg or portal message and we will contact you. No issues with outgoing calls and as stated previously people are getting through as the morning is almost full. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved. We will keep you posted.
