December 27th we will have urgent care clinic hours starting at 8:30am by appointment

If you have an urgent matter while we are closed, please dial our office main line to be connected with our nurse triage or on-call provider.

We will have modified hours this week for the Thanksgiving Holiday so that our employees will be able to spend some additional time with their families over this time of Thanks. Please see our hours below:

Mon November 24th 8:30am-430pm
Tue November 25th 8:30am- 4:30pm
Wed November 26th 8:30am-12:00pm
Thursday November 27 CLOSED 🦃
Friday November 28 8:30am- 12:00pm
Saturday November 29th- CLOSED

As always our on call service will be available for urgent issues utilizing our 865-458-5666 regular phone number please, no refills or appointment requests.

This morning we appear to be having intermittent phone issues. Some parents have reported calling in and not getting a prompt to be routed to particular line. We ARE getting calls so it could just be one particular line we are having an issue with. We have already reported to our carrier and it is being investigated. Please call us back at the normal number or send us a fb msg or portal message and we will contact you. No issues with outgoing calls and as stated previously people are getting through as the morning is almost full. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved. We will keep you posted.

We are looking to add a dedicated Medical Assistant, Certified or LPN, to join our team on a full-time basis. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays during the school year, in accordance with the Loudon County Schools Calendar. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Saturdays off during the summer, 7 paid holidays, dental, vision insurance, and 401k.
