🎯 Co****le Fun at Lakewood Place! 🎉
Our residents had a great time during our co****le game and were all smiles while cheering each other on! The friendly competition, laughter, and excitement made it a wonderful time for everyone. Moments like these are what make Lakewood Place such a special place to call home.
After a very close and exciting game, Mr. Larry Hutchison came out on top as today’s co****le champion! Everyone played great and kept the cheers going. Congratulations, Larry! 🎉

What a day! Our 2026 BINGOTHON has officially come and gone, and it was filled with excitement, friendly competition, and plenty of bingo calls. The residents had an amazing time playing all day and celebrating the joy of being together. 🎉

⭐ Activity Spotlight: Cooking With Class ⭐

Today our residents enjoyed our “Cooking With Class” cooking class here at Lakewood Place! 👩‍🍳
On the menu was homemade cinnamon bread, and it smelled absolutely wonderful while it was baking. The residents did a fantastic job mixing, preparing, and baking their bread.
Even better, several residents shared their fresh cinnamon bread with others who weren’t able to attend the class, which made it even more special.
It was a great activity filled with delicious smells, teamwork, and plenty of smiles! 😊

Monique has been a valued part of our team for 4 years, and we are so grateful for the compassion and dedication she brings to our residents and their families every single day.

When she’s not hard at work, Monique enjoys trying out new DIY crafts, spending quality time with her family, and being a proud dog mama to her English Bulldog, Loki! 🐾

Monique says the best part of her job is being able to bring residents and their families closer together, creating meaningful connections and moments that truly matter.

Being the Activity Director at Lakewood Place means every day is an adventure! 😄

One minute we’re serious Bingo players yelling “BINGO!” like we just won the lottery… the next minute we’re tossing Co****le bags like professional athletes… and sometimes we’re in the kitchen cooking up something so good it might just start a competition! 👨‍🍳
But the best part of my job is seeing the smiles, hearing the laughter, and getting to know our wonderful residents. Around here we believe fun is part of the daily schedule! ❤️
