The weather is beginning to change, prompting increased outdoor activity, such as yard work and travel to long-desired destinations. It is essential to commence slowly and gradually build up endurance, as your body and muscles are not yet acclimated to these activities. Failure to do so may result in soreness and increased risk of injury from sudden, awkward movements. Nobody wants to endure unnecessary pain, particularly at the outset of the favorable season. Therefore, it is crucial to adopt a gradual and measured approach, much like the natural blooming process, which requires time to achieve perfection and beauty, and can be compromised by hastened efforts.
