The next series of Foundations classes will begin on Monday, January 5, at 6pm.
This SIX WEEK class will help you begin your own yoga practice from scratch. You'll learn mindfulness techniques, the physical yoga practice, and breath work strategies. This class is designed for beginners but also for anyone needing a refresher course. You'll get on the spot assists and learn how and when to use props.
Book now and get all 9 hours of class time for a discounted price instead of paying for each class individually.

Saturday is a donations based class, simply show up, leave a donation of any amount in the bowl, borrow a mat if needed and come get your workout and smash flexibility and fitness goals.

* Tuesday, 10.21.25, is Barre at 6pm. Schedule on our website to reserve your spot. It's 45 minutes of intense upper, lower body and core work. IF you're wanting to get in shape before holiday season, this is a nice way to get started.
* Saturday, 10.25.25, is our Donations Vinyasa Flow, at 10am. Leave a donation in the bowl, or use a card, and treat yourself to 60 minutes of you time on your mat. This class covers everything.
