This space was created for moms who want more than quick fixes —
who want strength, education, recovery, and support that actually fits their life.

After two years of building A Path Forward from my little home studio, I’m so excited to finally celebrate the next chapter — the Grand Opening of our NEW Leesburg location on January 18th! ✨

This isn’t a “new business” celebration… it’s a milestone.
Two years of growth, learning, serving moms, and dreaming bigger — and now, opening a space designed intentionally for the women I get to support.

I would love for you to join me as we celebrate my 2-year business anniversary, the opening of the new studio, and the community that made all of this possible.

Thankful today for the people who make A Path Forward what it is. The moms who trust me with some of the most vulnerable chapters of their lives. The babies who remind me why this work matters. The families who show up with honesty, effort, and heart.

This year has stretched me, humbled me, and grown me in ways I didn’t expect. Opening the studio, expanding services, studying, healing, parenting, building something that feels meaningful. I’m grateful for every step.

If you’re reading this, thank you for being part of this community. Your support, your stories, your willingness to show up for yourselves — it all inspires me more than you know.

Wishing you a day filled with warmth, rest, and moments that feel like home. Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours.

I had the honor and privilege to stand amongst Loudoun County’s back bone last night - the small business community.

A Path Forward was selected as a finalist for the Health and Wellness category for the 31st Small Business Awards.

I feel incredibly proud of this accomplishment as the health and wellness space in Loudoun is incredibly competitive.

Even more important, all four of the finalists in this category were women owned!!
