UPDATE!
ALL GIFT CARDS HAVE BEEN GIVEN.
WE HOPE EVERYONE HAS A MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Attention Lawrence County KY WIC and HANDS families!
Thanks to a grant from the Pallottine Foundation, we are able to gift our LCHD WIC and HANDS families with some extra grocery money for the holidays!
The gift card giveaways will start Thursday, December 18.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:
One gift card per family/household.
HANDS, your worker will bring your card to your next scheduled HANDS visit.
Cards to WIC participants are given in person only, first come first serve and while supplies last. NO HOLDS!
Your WIC must be active and appointments must be up to date. If you are behind on a visit, schedule one now!
Come into our office for pick up ONLY DURING THESE DAYS and TIMES:

Thursday, December 18th 8AM – 4:30 PM (Closed 12-1 for lunch)
Friday, December 19th 8AM – 1:30PM

Monday, December 22nd 8AM – 6PM (Closed 12-1 for lunch)
Tuesday, December 23rd 8AM – 4:30 PM (Closed 12-1 for lunch)

Adults allowed to pick up must be on WIC or be the guardian of WIC Participant. A proxy may pick up only if they are already on our current proxy list for the WIC participant.
MUST BRING PHOTO ID.
These are while supplies last with a limited quantity. We will update this post when all cards have been given.
When you come in, please be patient and mindful of our other appointments. Again, this is first come first serve and we have a limited quantity. Cards may not be held for future pick up. One per family/household.
