Your time, expertise, generosity, and commitment to supporting quality care in our nursing home truly made a meaningful difference. Because of your dedication and willingness to share knowledge and resources, our team was able to learn, grow, and feel inspired in the work we do each day for our residents. Louisa Health & Rehab is pleased to announce the fortunate winners of our Valentine’s Day raffle. The lucky winner of the pink Stanley Cup was April from the Dietary and Laundry department. The lucky winner of the purple Stanley Cup was Kyara from the Activities department. The grand prize of the yeti bag was awarded to Bonnie our Regional from the Business Office. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to each participant in the raffle. Through this event, we were able to raise over $800 for our resident council fund. We eagerly anticipate our spring raffle.

We're just a short drive from Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital and have been proudly serving the Louisa community since 1984. We also serve patients in the greater Louisa area including Mineral, Trevilians, Cuckoo, and more.

We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring the best recovery possible.
