Surrounded by undeniable charm and beauty, our center is located in the small town of Louisa, Virginia. We're just a short drive from Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital and have been proudly serving the Louisa community since 1984. We also serve patients in the greater Louisa area including Mineral, Trevilians, Cuckoo, and more.
Step through our doors and you will be greeted with a warm smile from our friendly and caring staff. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring the best recovery possible.
At Louisa Health & Rehabilitation Center, we’re proud to be part of the communities we serve. We’re involved in many local charities and events including blood drives, mammogram screenings, and the annual Relay for Life.
