Nothing says self care like apothecary and garden. When you walk into in Venice you are transported to a magical relaxing space where you can shop for amazing herbs or just relax and enjoy a medicinal beverage in the beautiful garden. Stefan enjoyed a cacao and I the Golden Milk Moon. Don’t we all need a little happiness and this Happiness Tonic is perfect!❤️Every time I am in Venice I stop by.

Sometimes life is magical especially when it comes to cow horn stuffing at Foxhollow Farm! Every fall the community stuffs cow horns with lactating cow manure, then buries them under ground to be nurtured by Mother Earth during the winter, to then turn into an amazing fertilizer for the farm in the spring. Janey explained the philosophy behind the biodynamic farming technique by Rudolf Steiner and the amazing results that have been seen at the farm. So blessed to be a part of the Foxhollow Community!!

A big thank you to Alex for an amazing training!! I am now certified in Tibetan Singing Bowls✨. I did Certification 1 - 2 years ago and now have completed the full certification.
The course covered:
-Tibetan singing bowl healing basics
-How to balance chakras with singing bowls
-Reduce stress through vibration
-Healing chanting techniques
-Manage group and individual healing sessions
-How to add gongs in to my sessions for optimal therapeutic benefits

It’s Poppy painting time at Foxhollow Farm!! I love when the poppy’s bloom and what a magical day being able to paint them. The weather was perfect and so were all the great conversations while we painted and learned some new painting techniques. As a painter I am always learning and I love the knowledge we can learn from other painters - from beginners to experienced painters. Our next painting class is June 16, 9:30-12:30. Biofeedback works with Mind, Body and Spirit. When I work with a client in a session they can often feel the results during a session and leave feeling refreshed, full of energy and less stressed. Lauren left the session saying she felt energized and wanted to see a rainbow to signify what she was able to accomplish in the session. She walked outside and a deep colored rainbow was across the sky. I met her in the parking lot as I was leaving and was so thankful I could share this experience with her. When we slow down, we can see the signs on our journey. Thank you, Lauren for your permission to share this experience.
