Ahhh, springtime in the ville...the only thing predictable about this time of year is how amazing our Licensed Massage Therapists are!

After starting the day in the 60s and 70s, temperatures will continue to fall into the 40s and low 50s by this afternoon. We'll see wind chills this afternoon in the 30s and low 40s.

Our hearts go out to all the local businesses that have announced their closure lately. I fear we will see many more in the coming six months or so. Many of us are still rebounding from COVID impacts and it is exhausting. Just as many small businesses begin to get their head above the water, prices on rent/lease, utilities, costs of goods, etc. rise.

We are all exhausted and fighting hard to keep serving the communities we love and live in. We are grateful to have you in the corner fighting with, and for, us as well.

Thank you for supporting this small business, and all the others in Beechmont, the southend, Louisville, greater Kentuckiana, or wherever you live, work, and play.

Well I'll be...I had no clue such a thing existed. And perfect timing, I have the bonus nephew tonight to run the Whiskey Row 5K tomorrow.
