We’re excited to share that Option to Success Inc. was recently featured in Business First as we continue advancing the vision for the RISE Campus™ in Louisville’s Parkland neighborhood.

The project reflects a collaborative approach to strengthening families and communities, including partnerships such as Active Imaginations Child Development Center, which will help support early learning and working families connected to the campus.

As we approach 11 years of service this July, we remain grateful for the partners and supporters helping move this vision forward.

FRIYAY IMPACT

Girls have always been the mission at Option To Success.

Long before there was widespread conversation about the need for gender-responsive programming, our organization recognized that girls impacted by the system needed support designed specifically for them.

Today, the Wise Woman Program remains the first and only all-girls therapeutic alternative to detention program in the state of Kentucky.

In 2025 alone, the program delivered 533 hours of therapeutic programming, keeping girls engaged in positive support during critical after-school hours.

Through small cohorts of up to 20 girls, participants receive the focused attention and guidance needed to build confidence, regulate emotions, and learn to make wise choices.

Girls participating in the Wise Woman Program came from 13 ZIP codes across the Louisville community, demonstrating the reach and impact of this work.

🌸 Women Who RISE – Women’s History Month Campaign 🌸

In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, Option to Success is launching our Women Who RISE Campaign.

We are inviting 50 supporters to give $100 to support healing, housing, and opportunity for the women and families we serve.

Each supporter will receive a Women Who RISE Founding Supporter 2026 badge in recognition of their commitment.

Friday Night Reflection✨

As we close out the week, we’re reflecting on the difference that strong partnerships and community support continue to make through the work of Option to Success.

We want to thank the Community Foundation for sharing the RISE story and helping highlight the work ahead. We are also grateful for everyone who has believed in the vision, taken time to learn about RISE, committed to volunteer, partnered with us, or made a donation.

Thankful Thursday 💛

Yesterday, Ms. Wanda stepped into her icebreaker with only five minutes of preparation—and delivered it with purpose and poise. That’s leadership in action 🎤✨

She shows up, stays committed to the mission, and leads with both structure and heart. Her words reminded us that we don’t always understand the weight of a moment until we slow down and become still.

As a founder, I’ve been learning along the way—and with that growth came the vision to ensure every member of our team has access to strong speaking skills, confidence, and presence. How we speak reflects how we lead 💬

Grateful for partnerships like Rick, Rana, and Amy. Rick’s commitment is so appreciated volunteering his time showing up through snowstorms ❄️ matters. This is how leadership is built: learning from experts who believe in the mission.

Today was a full day at Option to Success Inc..Goals in Motion, hosted by Queeta, was beautifully blended with a Galentine’s celebration special thanks to Kelly for the stunning décor. 💕

We also shared a heartfelt farewell to Ms. Lynn and continued strengthening our voices through Toastmasters.What made the day truly special was our team showing up with intention, collaboration, and genuine care for one another and the mission.And let’s be clear… Danielle’s pretzels are officially the new dessert. 🥨We’re not just setting goals we’re creating Options to Success through connection, purpose, and a whole lot of love. 💫
