We will be setting the February class schedule soon, so let us know if you have any requests or preferences. Start the new year making time for yourself and come dance with us. We are trying out some different days and times in January. Then based on attendance and feedback we are setting a regular schedule starting in February. We are so excited to bring you Dance with a Drag Queen classes for ages 18+ starting Monday 1/12, taught by the incredibly talented We are offering this class at a few different days and times in January to get feedback from you and then we will be setting a regular schedule starting in February. And don't forget to join us for Teen and Adult Modern/Contemporary, Ballet, Guided Gentle Movement, and Gentle Movement Meditation classes. This is just another way for kids to process their trauma, emotions, and experiences while developing motor skills, and interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, through play. It is easy to integrate Dance/Movement Therapy principles into play therapy since play requires movement.

Lucy loves her job as a therapy job. If you are allergic or scared of dogs for any reason, she can hang out in her crate. But if you want her to join your session, she will be happy to snuggle or get pets and tummy rubs from you while you are in session.
