AMBER ARNOLD EVERYBODY 👏

When Amber started working with me she was unable to bench press a standard 45lb barbell. Today she just PR’d big time by bench pressing ONE HUNDRED 💯 POUNDS (not to mention some big time squat and deadlift personal records too).

On the left were Amber’s projected one rep max weights. Amber absolutely crushed those projections.
