We don’t just advocate for healthy living at work. We strive to practice it at home too. Dr. Dunn encourages healthy snacking for her 18-month-old son by keeping fresh fruit washed and cut, making it easy for little hands to grab. If nothing’s prepared, we resort to processed snacks! Other favorites she suggests include cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, oranges, and bananas.
