Masonic Homes Kentucky is seeking an experienced Minimum Data Set Coordinator (RN) to join our close-knit team and help lead care initiatives on our beautiful campus.

• oversee and coordinate the full MDS assessment process
• validate and certify resident assessments for accuracy
• monitor quality measures, PDPM and case mix index (CMI)
• lead restorative nursing programs and participate in survey readiness
