May this year be the one where you move deliberately in harmony with your values. I hope it brings you clarity and the courage to stay present and kind to yourself, rather than merely going through the motions to survive another day.

Remember, alignment is something you practice, not prove.

We’re just 15 days into the new year, and I see you trying new things! As you explore new choices and habits, give yourself permission to go at your own pace. Notice what’s working and what’s not. The world might feel overwhelming right now—be gentle with yourself. We’re all navigating challenging times, so focus on what you can control without assigning blame.

Puzzles have always been my go-to activity to stay grounded. They offer a peaceful space to focus on the here and now, reminding me to enjoy the process rather than fixate on the end result. Every piece fits perfectly — patience is key until the final reveal. Eventually you know you'll figure it out to create a beautiful masterpiece.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how we’re all facing some puzzling times.

Many of us feel anxious about the present and the unknown future, caught up in various stressors. It’s understandable to feel unsteady.

So, here’s a friendly reminder: You are loved, whole, and worthy while putting the pieces together.
