Jazmin, a survivor whose late husband, U.S. Army SPC Ramon Ojeda, was honored at the Gala, joined Sean to discuss the impact these organizations have on families like hers.

Last night was special and deeply emotional.

PDS Optical was well-represented and excited to be back at Vision Expo in Orlando, Florida last week.

This conference brings together the people and businesses moving our industry forward.

We enjoyed meeting with business partners, industry thought leaders, listening to interesting panels and also discussing the latest innovations shaping our industry.

There's no replacement for in-person connections and the quality time we shared was memorable, educational and inspiring.

At the end of the day, we're relentless in our pursuit to provide the best experience, support and products to our Veteran customers through their VA benefits.

We're always exploring ways in which we can raise the bar even higher, as they deserve the best.

The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) (TAPS) is an invaluable Veteran Service Organization (VSO) that makes an incredible impact on families grieving the death of a military or veteran loved one.

At PDS Optical, supporting Veterans and the Veteran community is central to our identity and mission.

Supporting other VSOs that align with this mission is also a pillar of our philanthropic efforts.

We are proud to sponsor the TAPS 2026 Honor Guard Gala, taking place in D.C. next week. This event brings together a tremendous community of military loss survivors, senior military leaders and other TAPS supporters for an unforgettable evening.

Our manufacturing engineer, Ellis Cassity, was feautred in Vision Monday today!

Ellis created The Perfect Drying System, a patent-pending device and new innovation from our PDS Optical lab in Louisville, Kentucky.

This new device enables us to be more efficient in making prescription glasses for US Veterans across the country.
