Help in any way will be so appreciated.
Paul is not out of the hospital yet. Hes been here since September 14th. Like many, we do not have health insurance of any type and we are facing some serious financial struggles. We had to put the Microgreen operation on hold until we can figure out what life is goijg to be like in the long term. I was working cleaning a local church, but will have to stay home tp help Paul get to his dialysis, rehab and doc appointments. Any amount will help relieve some stress from an already very stressful situation. We hate having to go this route but we are limited with options currently. Please share and spread the word. We need help! Thank you so much and God bless and keep every single one of you!

Another amazing dish that Chef Cooper from Forklift created!!! Our sunflower microgreens are an excellent addition to a beautiful dish or even just for snacking on!!!! They taste like sunflower seeds and are way more nutritious!!!!

Our Bulls Blood Beets turned out absolutely gorgeous and tasty!! Look at that color!! We also have incredible Rambo Radish! Soooooo much flavor and nutrition in these microgreens!!

Our goal is to establish relationships in our community and surrounding communities. To grow the best quality and quantity of the absolute freshest, most nutrient dense and flavorful Microgreens delivered straight to our customers. We start with Microgreens. Our ultimate goal is to also grow, harvest and deliver fresh Baby Greens and Mushrooms in the future. We should know where our food comes from. Local growers have their communities best interests at heart. Big chains get their products from everywhere else besides the communities they serve. Ultimately, we sometimes don't know from where or how our food is grown, harvested and shipped. They can't possibly compare to the freshest and cleanest food grown locally.
