For this week’s Muscle Monday Karli shows off Billy’s pectoralis minor and explains where it’s located and what it does.

The pectoralis minor originates from the anterior surfaces of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th rib and attaches to the coracoid process of the scapula. 

In other words, it connects the front of your upper ribs to the front of your shoulder.

We’ve noticed the pectoralis minor is often tight on people who are driving frequently and work at a computer for most of the day. Massage therapy can help!

What We Offer

Massage techniques/services include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, sports massage, soft tissue injury recovery, chronic pain relief, assistance with postural imbalance, and cupping.

Depending on the goals you establish during our initial consultation, we will use a variety of techniques throughout your session(s) to reach and maintain your desired outcome.

We offer massage and stretching sessions in 30, 60, and 90 minute increments.
