John C. Meyer, MD has performed over 15,000 laser vision correction procedures. He first used the excimer laser while completing his Fellowship in Refractive Surgery and Corneal Diseases at Emory University during 1994 and 1995. As such, he is one of the first doctors in the country to have had access to an excimer laser. LASIK is a great option but we also offer many other vision correction procedures that may be right for you.

Guruprasad R. Pattar, MD, PhD is a LASIK surgeon with The Eye Care Institute and he has performed over 1,000 LASIK laser vision correction procedures.

We are eye physicians and surgeons in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. In practice since 1984, we have performed over 16,000 laser vision correction procedures and over 100,000 cataract extractions and other surgical procedures. Our eye doctors have a combined experience level exceeding 120 years, including over 80 combined years of eye surgery experience.
