Growth hormone isn’t just about height or “anti-aging.” The more important conversation is about recovery.
Starting in our mid-30s, natural growth hormone release gradually declines. Most people don’t notice it on a lab report first — they feel it. Slower recovery after workouts. More soreness. Less resilience. A harder time maintaining muscle and steady energy.
At MTC, we often refer to these as recovery hormones because of the role they play in how the body repairs, rebuilds, and adapts over time. Recovery isn’t just about performance — it’s about maintaining strength, mobility, and vitality as the years go on.
In this video, Dr. Paige explains how supporting natural growth hormone signaling at a cellular level may help improve recovery capacity and support healthier aging.
As you’ve gotten older, what changes have you noticed in your recovery?

Gut health isn’t built on complicated protocols. It’s shaped by the quiet, daily choices we make, often the simplest ones.
At its foundation is removing what quietly disrupts the body. Artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and chemically treated foods may seem harmless, but over time, they alter the gut environment in ways that weaken the microbiome. Taking these off the table is often the first and most impactful step.
We see this every day at MTC. So many patients come to us with gut issues, bloating, inflammation, fatigue, skin changes, often unaware that these symptoms are connected to what the gut has been quietly carrying for years.
From there, we nourish what we want to grow. A diet rich in plants, especially non-starchy vegetables, supports a more balanced, alkaline environment in the gut. This is where beneficial bacteria thrive, and where the body can begin to restore its natural rhythm.
Rest is just as essential as food. Sleep allows the gut, like every other system, to repair and recalibrate. Regular elimination matters too. Daily bowel movements are a sign that the gut is moving, clearing, and supporting balance rather than holding onto inflammation. Many of the patients we see are surprised to learn how much this alone can change how they feel.
And woven through all of it is stress. Chronic stress shifts the gut toward acidity, disrupting the microbiome and the body’s sense of ease. When we support the nervous system, we support digestion, immunity, and resilience.
Gut health isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating the conditions where the body feels safe enough to heal and then allowing it to do what it already knows how to do.
We see gut issues show up in many different ways. How does your body communicate imbalance to you?
How often do you pause to consider the role stress may be playing in your gut health?

Anxiety isn’t “just in your head.”
It affects your body, your relationships, your energy, and how you move through everyday life.
That’s why treating anxiety with a one-size-fits-all approach often falls short.
A whole-person, integrative approach matters, one that looks at brain chemistry, nutrition, genetics, stress patterns, sleep, and cellular health, alongside therapy and traditional care. When we address root causes instead of only managing symptoms, people often experience more lasting relief and resilience.
Mental health care is evolving. And that’s a good thing.
You deserve support that sees the full picture of you—not just a diagnosis.
If anxiety has been quietly running the show, there are more tools available, and there is another way forward.
Many of the patients we meet have been living with fatigue, persistent symptoms, or changes in weight, often after being told their labs are “normal” or feeling rushed through appointments without clear answers. Over time, that experience can feel discouraging and isolating.
Our approach is different. We take the time to slow down, ask thoughtful questions, and understand the full picture of your health, not just individual lab values or isolated concerns. By truly listening, we’re better able to identify underlying patterns and root causes, creating a more informed path toward meaningful, lasting healing.
Thinking about buying peptides online? Here’s what you should know before you do.
Not all peptides are made for human use and that distinction matters more than most people realize.
Many peptides sold online are labeled “research grade” or “not for human use.” Those labels aren’t just technical language. They mean the product was never intended to be injected or consumed by people and is not required to meet medical safety standards for purity, sterility, or dosing.
In this video, Dr. Paige breaks down why sourcing is critical and what some commonly used terms actually mean:
• API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)
APIs are the raw compounds used to make medications. If an API is not pharmaceutical grade, the final product is not safe for the human body, no matter how it’s marketed.
• Human-compounded peptide sourcing
These peptides are prepared specifically for patient use by licensed compounding pharmacies that follow strict regulations for quality, sterility, and accurate dosing.
At MTC, we only work with vetted compounding pharmacies because when it comes to your health, there’s no room for guesswork.
If you know someone considering peptides, share this with them so they know what to look for—and what to avoid—before making that decision.
