For Mike Vos, caring for others isn’t just something he learned on the job. It’s woven into his family’s story. With a mother who is a longtime nurse, a father who served as a firefighter, and a sister in pharmacy, Mike grew up watching what compassion looks like in real time.

He found his own calling in supply chain — the behind-the-scenes work that makes seamless care possible. Over the past decade at AdventHealth, Mike has built trust, strengthened relationships, and learned how every supply, every delivery and every interaction helps someone feel supported in a moment that matters.

Now, as Director of Supply Chain at AdventHealth Avista, Mike leads with a simple philosophy: support the people who support our patients.

“I see myself as someone who removes barriers so caregivers can focus on what really matters,” he says.

His team shows up every day with that same heart. Whether navigating shortages, collaborating with clinical units, or managing a fully stocked storeroom, their work helps caregivers provide whole-person care with confidence and ease.
