At KYHRC, our mission is to reduce substance addiction overdoses and deaths, the stigma associated with substance use disorder, and to offer harm reduction solutions. Our vision is to use harm reduction modalities by engaging, educating, and empowering first responders, police, firefighters, treatment centers, and others closely involved with those suffering from substance use disorder, by partnering with local and state government, as well as medical and civic leaders.
