One of the many upgrades we will be adding with the move into the new space will be our EA App! This will be a one stop spot for all of your membership access. With the app, door access will run through your phone! No more key fobs! You will also be able to handle all account issues, programming if you work with one of our coaches, and info and updates through the app.

We are super excited about this feature and it should help make everything much more efficient and seamless! You may see some emails coming through over the next couple of weeks as we are switching our systems. Make sure to pay attention to those and more updates from us so we can make sure you get access to the app!

Bear with us as we make the switch and don’t hesitate to come to us if you come across any hiccups.

Sunday photo dump!

We wanted to give everyone a little update! Things are closing out at our future home. Our timeline is in the hands of Mother Nature right now as paving is our final step before inspection. We need everyone’s manifesting abilities to help melt this snow and get us some warmer temperatures!

As we close in on the final chapter of 2001 and move on to 10000 Grassland, we are working as hard as we can to provide upgrades on every level possible. From layout to aesthetic, from amenities to systems. We aren’t just building a gym. We are building an experience and a world. With this we are announcing new pricing starting March 1. To say thank you to all of our current members, we will be grandfathering you in at $54/month. All new memberships will be $70/month. As always, we will continue to be no contracts, no start up fees, and no annuals fees. The month to month is all we need. With this new space we bring:

- Increased gym floor and improved layout
- Improved posing
- Updated and improved recovery
- Dining space
- Athletes lounge to chill and build community
- Upgraded bathrooms
- Showers
- New membership system and app
- Outdoor nature space for relaxation and summer fun

And this is just step one. It is our mission to provide consistent upgrades and improvements. Phase 2 and 3 are already being planned.

We can’t wait for this new chapter. To bring this amazing world to you all. We are beyond grateful for the continued support and passion for fitness and lifting that we see out of each of you. It’s the basis of what drives us to be the best we can be.

The Documentary: Final Chapter

COVID may have showed up, but it didn’t stop the movement. With some ingenuity and a loyal member base, we made it through the shut down ready to be better than ever.

We expanded into next door, doubling our space and inviting in the world of bodybuilding. A cargo shipment later, we had a full setup. And the word began to spread.

What the newbies now know as Everyday Athletes housed some of the most iconic moments of our tenure. We had sold out powerlifting meets, an epic rave, the start of our annual event, Night Out at the Bar, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament, and plenty of funny videos.

We also started to see the greatest gym community of all time build, grow, and evolve, showing why it’s the GOAT. We have never seen such an open and inviting community that has seen friendships build, relationships start, and has given us some of our best memories.

While each phase of EA has had its special moments and place, it’s hard to argue that this current phase houses some of the most amazing moments of all time.

We CANNOT wait to take what this space has built into a new home and create a world that’s even more special than this.

Thank you all for tuning in to the docuseries and I hope you learned a little about the evolution of EA. This gym has been built with one thing in mind: YOU. 🫶🏼

’Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the gym,
Not a barbell was resting, not even a pin.
The weights were all stacked by the squat racks with care,
In hopes that the lifters soon would be there.

The athletes were nestled, snug in their beds,
While visions of PRs danced in their heads.
And I in my hoodie, and sweatpants so tight,
Was dreaming of deadlifts I’d conquer that night.

When out in the parking lot, there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my slumber to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the blinds, and saw… a huge crash?

No, just a guy doing burpees at dawn,
All of that cardio sure did make me yawn.
With powerlifting plates, and dumbbells galore,
It was time for a workout, maybe legs and some core.

When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a loaded-up bench press and some kettlebells near.
With a focus so serious, and form so divine,
I knew in a moment, this gym was all mine!

More rapid than eagles, the lifters they came,
And they grunted, and groaned, and shouted their name:
“Now Squatty, now Lifty, now Biceps and Chest!
On Puller, on Deadlifter, you’ll crush every test!”

They dropped their barbells, the clangs filled the air,
And I couldn’t help chuckling—who could compare?
The gym was a battlefield, full of sweat and such might.
Where muscles were built with each rep and each fight.

The halls were adorned with the lifters of past.
Oh to hear the stories and legends we’ve cast.
With dumbbells all polished, and chalk at the ready,
It was clear that here, no one was too steady.

They lifted and lunged, and I laughed at the sight,
Of bodybuilders flexing and grinning with might.
The Olympic lifters snatched and they je**ed,
As the powerlifters squatted—each rep was a perk!

But I heard them exclaim, as they finished their round,
“Happy lifting to all, and to all, go get down!”

The weights were all tidy, the gym filled with cheer,
And dreams of strong muscles would last through the year.

The Documentary part 4:

2017 brought about a big change! We moved over to a 10,000 square foot building, added open gym access, went 24/7, and started building out our strength sports. It was this building where our inner meatheads started to play and we began adding all the toys. From strongman equipment to powerlifitng competition pieces, to a full Olympic lifting section, our space became a playground for anyone involved in strength sports. Our membership also started to grow and we quickly saw the space filling up with super strong people. We realized our once dream was becoming a reality and that only pushed us to keep improving.

This path continued for about 3 years until the world decided to shut down and we were forced to take a break. But this break only made us stronger…

We are pushing along! Thank each and every one of you so much for your excitement and patience as we work towards the finish! It’s so overwhelming to hear the anticipation and excitement from you all.

As we get closer to the finish line we will set a date and let everyone know the timeline on moving and days closed. We are at the mercy of weather for a few things so we will do our best to give everyone enough heads up and warning with our moving schedule.

Please stay patient with us as we work to get everything to completion. We are grateful for you all and can’t wait to bring this next level to you and the city!

The Documentary Episode 3:

2014: We once again were moving on up! The spring of 2014 we found ourselves moving literally next door and doubling our space to 5000 square feet. As we built the space out we wondered how we would ever fill it, not realizing that in just a few short years we would be doing just that.

It was here we expanded our team. We founded Strong Side CrossFit, B-Squad powerlifting, and Top Recruit Sports Performance. Our teams began to grow and we went to competitions all over the region.

There were lots of trials and errors but we learned a ton of lessons. We tried heart rate monitoring (and started the trend Orange Theory😂), we invented 2 pieces of fitness equipment and sold a few (the Front Squat Bar and the Deadlift block wedge), and we found out how to import.

To say the least, we had a whole lot of fun in this building. Between the late night classes, the Olympics, the basketball games out back, and the random bets across the staff, we shared a whole lot of laughs. It was this energy that drove us on and forward into year 6.

The Documentary pt. 2

2013: Moving on up! After 10 months we stumbled our way into a bigger and better space! It was time to take the name seriously and create a facility where we could truly train like athletes. We added a turf run, a med ball throw wall, a full warmup loft, and a bunch more space! With the expansion of size it was time to expand the coaching as well. This was the year we ventured into small group training and began taking some clients around the country to powerlifitng competitions.

Our coaching staff grew and so did our aspirations. We threw our very first members party and boy was it wild. 😂😂😂 IYKYK. Sundays became the group lift day for the staff and Halloween was graced by the teletubies.

We only spent about a year here, but it was definitely a huge building block on the trajectory of EA’s growth. We are forever grateful for the relationships that were built under this roof and the lessons and knowledge that we gained. Who would have known our future was just a blink away.

Our Story

Everyday Athletes personal training takes personal training to a whole new level. Complete personalized programs in and out in as quick as a half hour.

We’ve all been there.

You walk into the gym, start out with the treadmill and then spend 45 minutes wandering around trying to copy at other gym-goers, while not looking completely lost.

You may occasionally try something new, unsure if you’re doing it right or if it’s even effective before you’re completely frustrated and head home anyway because time is up and you’ve had yet another unproductive day at the gym.
