Commonwealth Nursing Solutions (CNS) is a non-medical home care agency providing in-home, one-on-one supports to children and adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities, such as, but not limited to, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, or Down's Syndrome.
If you are caring, love people, and want to get paid to take a client out into the community to have fun, this is the job for you! As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will make a positive difference for clients by assisting them with goals to further their independence.
Job Duties:
CNS offers many supports, based on each of our client’s individual needs. Supports could include one or more of the following:

o 1-on-1 support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities

o Re-positioning
o Transferring
o Ambulation
o Exercise
o Toileting
• Homemaking
o Meal Preparation
o Light Housekeeping
• Respite
o Companionship
