Juniper Village At Louisville

Juniper Village At Louisville Assisted Living community specializing in care for those with Alzheimer's and related forms of demen

Juniper Village at Louisville was awarded the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America Excellence in Care Giving community recognition in August of 2010. With receipt of this award, Juniper Village at Louisville became the third community in Colorado to receive this award. Juniper Village at Louisville is a caring memory care community for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. Through a life-affirming, therapeutic environment we emphasize strengths and support wellness. We provide a wealth of activities to help each individual stay fit and connected socially. Our personalized memory care programs are designed to integrate families and a diverse network of health care providers into the fabric of daily life. Home to approximately 50 individuals, our residence features four uniquely decorated house areas, each with it’s own living room, dining room, kitchen and private bedrooms, with private bath. Each house opens into the central "Town Square" where the day’s activities beckon, including the Town Hall Activities Room, Art Studio, Quiet Haven, Sweet Shoppe, Exercise/Spa/Massage Suite, and Resident Office. And for added peace of mind, the building and grounds are fully-secured with an integrated resident-to-staff call system, and exterior door security system.

Thank you to our incredible community partners!

As we enter the season of gratitude and prepare for Thanksgiving, we reflect on the importance of our local community partnerships. These deeply-rooted connections are an extension of our mission “to be the people, places and programs that nurture the spirit of life,” both inside our walls and beyond.

With 28 locations in five states, each Juniper community has woven its own unique tapestry of ties to the local community. These partnerships are vast and varied. Elementary schools, universities, dance studios, breweries, bakeries, theatres, outdoor clubs, churches, animal shelters, libraries, athletic teams, artists, non-profits, and so many more come into our communities to create experiences that meld passion with purpose.

Through these partnerships, we’ve been able to:

🔹Foster a deep sense of connection and belonging for everyone involved
🔹Offer vibrant programs and impactful experiences for both Juniper residents and the broader community
🔹Give back through volunteerism, shared wisdom, friendship, and community spirit
🔹Combat ageism and challenge stereotypes about older adults and senior living

These relationships ensure that Juniper is more than a place to live - we’re an integrated and dynamic part of the communities around us.
