So what is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, powerful form of energy healing working with universal life force energy, the same energy that flows through all living things 🌿
It helps bring the body, mind, and spirit back into balance… softening stress, clearing stagnant energy, and inviting in flow.

Think: calm nervous system, open heart, aligned energy

When your life force energy is flowing freely:
• You feel energized, clear, and grounded
• Your body functions more smoothly
• Your mood feels balanced and open

When it’s blocked or depleted:
• You might feel tired, stuck, anxious, or heavy
• Tension or emotional buildup can occur
• You feel “off” but can’t always explain why

🌀 Why it matters

Reiki works by channeling this life force energy to areas in the body where it may be low, stagnant, or imbalanced, helping to restore flow and harmony.

It’s not about forcing anything…
It’s about gently reminding your body how to return to balance.
