There have been 126 HIV diagnoses for 2021 to date in Louisville, KY. Twenty-four of those were diagnosed in May alone, the most recent month for which data is available. The average number of cases per calendar year were approximately 144 for the years of 2017 – 2020. At this rate we could possibly reach 200 new cases by the end of this year.
