This group is filling up and we are thrilled! If you are on the fence about joining, we are encouraging you to sign up by next Monday, January 26th.

Because participants will need to purchase the book and have chapter 1 read by Feb 2nd, we are putting the deadline for registration a week from today.

So you still have time to decide 😉 but don’t wait too long!!

Overview of the Book:
The Marriage You Want offers couples a fresh, research-based vision for building a marriage that is emotionally healthy, spiritually grounded, and deeply connected. Drawing on extensive surveys and peer-reviewed studies, the Gregoires move beyond the familiar checklist of marital issues to explore what truly makes partnerships thrive. Rather than simply repeating traditional gender roles or hierarchy-based advice, they invite couples to consider how balance, affection, responsibility, and emotional connection strengthen intimacy and mutual joy.

One of the book’s central themes is that healthy marriages are marked by teamwork and mutual respect rather than rigid role expectations. The authors challenge stereotypes that assign decision-making power or emotional labor to one partner based solely on gender, and they instead offer practical tools for shared understanding and collaboration. This approach is firmly rooted both in Scripture and in real-world data, affirming that couples can choose the path that best reflects their values and strengths while honoring God and each other.

Throughout the book, the Gregoires emphasize actionable guidance—such as how to navigate communication, avoid the mental-load trap, and deepen emotional and spiritual connection—without prescribing a one-size-fits-all model. Their tone is respectful, encouraging couples to define a marriage that works for them, grounded in love, grace, and mutual dignity. This makes The Marriage You Want an accessible and uplifting guide for couples at any stage of relationship.
