Your session will be customized and tailored to your specific needs. I enjoy listening to the body and letting intuition guide a session - changing your view of massage therapy indefinitely. I love teaching what I know about the body and the energy centers to help you feel better and more balanced well after your session has ended. I will work with you (not just on you) using an array of different techniques and modalities! During any length of session you might experience any of the following techniques: cupping, active stretching, passive stretching, aroma therapy, moist heat application, dry heat, breath work, and guided meditation. Life is beautiful and stressful. Invest in your selfcare. INVEST IN YOUR VIBRANCE! Looking forward to helping you heal yourself!

The holidays can be a mixed bag.
Some of it is joyful and some of it can have your shoulders up by your ears 😩

Scheduling a bodywork session around the holidays is a good way to ease some of that tension✨

And making sure you get plenty of downtime to recharge 🙌🏼

I’m Rachel!

Intuitive Wholistics was born in 2020 with a focus on women. The nurturers of this world who needed support.

My partner, a few friends and I, created this space with love and intention. And blood sweat and tears.

I am a licensed massage therapist of 12 years. I specialize in deep tissue, fascial work, injury work and I give the best neck work!!! (Ask any of my clients!)

I’m a Reiki master of 14 years and I am certified in sound healing✨
