Your session will be customized and tailored to your specific needs. I enjoy listening to the body and letting intuition guide a session - changing your view of massage therapy indefinitely. I love teaching what I know about the body and the energy centers to help you feel better and more bal

During any length of session you might experience any of the following techniques: cupping, active stretching, passive stretching, aroma therapy, moist heat application, dry heat, breath work, and guided meditation. I am not about it

When I go into a session, it’s always a clean slate.
I don’t have a routine that I repeat and no one ever gets the same work. And if you tell me to just do what I did last time I won’t remember.

Your body changes all the time so your bodywork session does too.

It is always my intention to listen, to feel and to educate because your body is different from everybody else’s. Where and why you hurt is also different.

The body speaks if you know how to listen and THIS is why I offer BODYWORK.
I listen. I hear a lot!
And through this practice I can teach you to listen as well.
