Lifehouse Maternity Home

Lifehouse Maternity Home Lifehouse Maternity Home is a safe home where pregnant women in crisis can find hope & healing. In 2007, we were talking about the dream of Lifehouse.

Now, because of hard work, faith in God, and many wonderful people giving of themselves, their talents, and financial resources, the dream is a reality. Some of the women who have come to Lifehouse had first sought an abortion. They chose life for their child because Lifehouse was here. Some of our miracles:

- The mother of our very first baby had made ten appointments for an abortion before finding Lifehouse. What joy and celebration we had as we held this first bundle of joy!
- 84 babies have been born through our program, with more on the way.
- Our first adoption took place in May 2009, and 15% of babies born have been placed with loving families
- Though we still struggle to make ends meet, God has been a faithful Provider. How You Can Help:
- Monetary donations - vital to keeping our doors open and program running
- Volunteer opportunities - share your talent and time in a variety of ways
- Introduce Lifehouse to your church - pastor, missions team, and small groups

Lifehouse Services:
- Safe home
- Access to health care
- Parenting classes
- Spiritual direction
- Decision-making and life skills
- Continuing education guidance
- Job readiness
- Financial management
- Help with transitioning to independence

On Christmas Eve, we remember a young pregnant woman—Mary—who faced fear, uncertainty. But God met her there with comfort, honor, and a promise that her story wasn’t over.

At Lifehouse, we think especially of the young pregnant women walking through hard seasons right now. You are not alone. You are not forgotten. There is hope for a brighter future, even when things feel overwhelming.

Jesus was born to bring forgiveness, love, and offer the promise of hope, peace, and joy—for every heart and every story. Tonight, we pray this brings comfort wherever it’s needed most.

Merry Christmas

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son…” – John 3:16
As we light the candle of love, we remember the greatest gift—Jesus, given for us.
How God must love us!

Have a blessed Sunday!

She remembers the hand.

It was older—creased with a few wrinkles and a small vein that squiggled up toward the wrist. No nail polish. No rings. Just a steady hand that kept showing up. When she first saw it, there was something familiar about it, though she had never seen it—or the person it belonged to—before.

Hands in her past had often brought pain, control, or disappointment. She learned to flinch, to pull back, to protect herself. She began to notice hands before faces.

She was pregnant then—tired, scared, unsure of what came next.

At first, that hand felt unusual and made her cautious. Too gentle. Too patient. But it never pushed or asked for anything in return. It was there to guide her down the hallway to her new room, to rest nearby during conversations she didn’t know how to start. Slowly, her view began to change.

That hand became a symbol of safety.

It reminded her that she mattered—that her baby mattered—before she ever held her child in her arms. It showed her that care could be quiet, steady, real, and encouraging. That love didn’t have to come with conditions.

At Lifehouse Maternity Home, many women arrive carrying fear, uncertainty, and the weight of past hurt. Healing often begins not with big moments, but with small ones—with hands that remain open and hearts that remain present.

If you are pregnant and searching for a place where you can find support, stability, and hope, Lifehouse is here.

Sometimes hope begins with a single hand… and the courage to take it.

🎄Teddy’s a good listener… and we’re pretty sure he’s not judging.

Good thing Christmas isn’t about naughty or nice lists anyway. We’re all a little messy, a little imperfect—and incredibly grateful that Jesus doesn’t keep score—just opens His arms wide.

This video was filmed a few months ago by our CEO, Dolli, and we wanted to share.

At Lifehouse, laundry is happening all the time. Seriously… all. the. time. But it’s more than piles of socks and the hum of washing machines. It’s where life skills are learned, confidence is built, and small victories happen—like mastering stain remover or folding a fitted sheet (a true life achievement).

Every load represents care, responsibility, and a step toward independence. Around here, clean clothes are a reminder that even the most ordinary moments can be part of a fresh start. 💙✨
