I smirk and smile after my latest check up. Blood test and EKG show my blood a bit thick but the heart has no pressing issues... blood pressure is spot on for this time of day. I feel good and it feels good to feel good .. 🤔... ha ha 😆. Someone told me that my health is a state of mind... that’s okay but having tests verify isn’t bad either.
